Job Requirements
- must possess a proven track record for customer service; hospitality industry or social
- club experience is an advantage
- has a healthy and fit-looking appearance
- is willing to work shifts
- has a pleasant personality and good telephone manners
- is able to handle members' enquiries
- has a positive attitude and is a team player
Duties and Responsibilities
- is required to meet and greet members and handle member check-ins
- must possess basic administrative skills in inventory control, POS transactions
- must establish professional rapport with all members
- must maintain a professional representation of the club through appearance and action
- has to communicate club promotions to members

Personal Trainers
Job Requirements
- possess fitness related certificates
- able to project and promote a professional image, strong work ethic and customer
- service skills are a must
- able to promote and sell personal training services in a professional fitness club

- sell and deliver personal training service to members
- schedule and conduct introductory consultations/assessments/orientations
- encourage & motivate members to achieve personal fitness goals
- maintain a clean, safe and orderly fitness floor
- retain our existing members through great customer service
